However, after a week of using it without seeing any weight changes, I reached out to Dr. Charo directly. Initially, she seemed fine, but when I started probing with more questions, she ended up blocking me on WhatsApp. Seriously, what kind of customer service is that? And talk about misleading advertising! She often claims on her Instagram and Facebook that they offer 24/7 client support. How can that be true if she’s blocked me? Just awful service.

Hey again! I still haven’t heard back from Dr. Charo or the company. Since my last message, I tried reaching out through Facebook and Messenger, but guess what? She blocked me there too. So much for their so-called 24/7 support. This company is a total scam, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
